Best Practice Retreat

Currently in Sunny Queensland at Robert Bevan's Best Practice retreat.  Been up since 4:30am this morning and just finished the first day of the conference.  Awesome. Attached is some of the wonderful people sitting at the working dinner this evening Robert from Western Australia and Sue from Victoria.
Did Back workout on Monday and Legs on Tuesday - great workouts.
I have a full day of conference and awards night tomorrow so I will sign in when I get a free minute.
